Details
When using tabs (tested in 0.9.9 to 1.0 RC1) and you open a window as the result
of a target or using javascript window.open with a specific name (ex.
name="links"), if the window named "links" has a tab opened in it and the focus
is on any other tab but the one named "links", clicking on the link that caused
you to go somewhere in the window named "links" causes a new window to be
opened. But if the original tab has the focus then the url is opened in that
tab, even if a new window was opened that was now named "links" because of the
focus issue.
The above url is an example of links using the target approach.
There are several variants of this reported. Resolving as dup of bug 108350.
