In bug 1416782 I noticed that the crash report looks like they have sync OMTP enabled. Sync OMTP was only intended as a development tool for OMTP and really shouldn't be used by users. It'd probably be a good idea to remove the pref so it's not enabled by accident. We can leave the code for sync OMTP in, but hide it behind a compile switch or something.
