Details
It appears over half of telemetry messages contain an environment.experiments that includes e10sCohort. As I understand it e10s should be long out of the experiment phase and that we're seeing this on so many messages is probably residual from previous experiments. For the purposes of routing experiments data, do we care about this as an experiment? NI :mreid for determining this.

See Bug 1413515 and Bug 1413296. I'm fairly sure this is no longer needed for new Firefoxes. I can't think of a reason to keep it for old Firefoxes either.
Georg, do you think there's a need to continue to split this data out into the "experiments" dataset?

Wait, never mind. If we're removing it from derived datasets, I'm being overly cautious here. I think we can safely say it's no longer needed in the "telemetry-cohorts" output.

:whd, now that this is determined, can I close this bug? Or is there some action still needed here?
