User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.89 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: Click the "Open Menu" button in FireFox 57 Actual results: The menu opens with a transition effect / animation. I tried flipping various switches from e.g. bugs like https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1354473#c12 to no avail. Expected results: Should be able to disable this animation via preference. The animation is very slow e.g. over an RDP connection.
