From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.0rc1)

When using trying to access the left frame of the preferences or Mail/News
viewer (folders) (and all the similar screens I can find (such as the form
manager)) it is totally inaccessable. It appears to take the focus, but is
totally unresponsive to both mouse and keyboard commands. I can right-click and
see the options (on the folders in Mail), but selecting fails to do anything.
All other functions on the page will work (including the OK/Cancel buttons)

I upgraded from the 0.99 milestone and had no previous problems.

None of my settings have been changed (nor can I change them through the GUI).
The only settings that I were large changes from default where the advanced
security settings. They were set to suppress pop-up, java scripting and so on.

Hopefully I'm the only one experiencing this problem.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any internal window with a left frame
2. Attempt to use any feature in the left frame

Actual Results: Get no response (although all other functions on the page work).

Expected Results: Should be able to select/expand folders (mail), select/expand
preference settings, and so on.

This has only happened to me with my upgrade to 1.0 RC1. I was using .99 without
this problem.
This is the most-commonly-reported problem in RC1, so you're not the only one
seeing it, unfortunately. :(
