I have an IMAP mail account. Not initially, but constantly now, if I select the Inbox of the IMAP account I get a rapidly flickering RH scroll bar on the Inbox pane and two dividing bars with space between them between the Inbox pane and the message preview pane. Sometimes I am able to click on another Mail folder to stop this behaviour, but not at the momemnt. I am running Mac OS X 10.1.4 with Mozilla Release candidate 1.0.
