With today's treeherder update, scrolling over the box at the bottom with bug suggestions increases its height, but not the height of the content. A white, unused area shows up at the bottom. See the screenshot.

The commits deployed today (the previous deploy was Friday 18th), were:

In the end, I went with a suggestion by Sarah for moving the parent div outside of the react component.  This handled sizing and scrolling much better.
