Steps to reproduce:
Update to 58.0b6, restart Firefox and open about:healthreport. It doesn't show the graph of startup times. The page has a new circle animation for loading. This circle might have been there before and the problem might not be related to b6 specifically, but last time I used healthreport few weeks ago without the circle version, it worked fine.
Every time I reinstall Firefox, about:healthreport generates the graph instantly. After a week of using it it takes ~20 seconds for the graph to appear, but it was never slower than that.
Intel 630 HD, new profile, Windows 10 64bit.
