I don't have precise STR, but I noticed this yesterday, restarted my browser, and then it reoccurred after browsing for a while. Here's a short video: https://photos.app.goo.gl/7FlYuiBFCBg2fTTo2 It looks like either we run out of some sort of resource or something gets corrupted, and then we intermittently draw black rectangles and red-tinted images. I recorded this gif yesterday of what seems to be the same issue, but where elements are intermittently drawn with a red tinge: https://imgur.com/a/a1107

I've seen this as well
This happens frequently enough to me that I had to disable webrender on Windows to preserve my sanity. It seems to show up on Twitter most often, although maybe that's just because I use Twitter a lot in this browser.

If it helps, this bug would be a duplicate of bug 1421696.

I flipped this pref on Friday but I didn't use this machine much over the weekend. I haven't seen it reoccur yet though so I suspect you're right.
