Steps to reproduce:

1. Create new profile
2. Enable webrender via
gfx.webrender.force-angle = true, 
gfx.webrender.enabled = true
gfx.webrender.blob-images = true
image.mem.shared = true

3. go to https://testdrive-archive.azurewebsites.net/Performance/MazeSolver/Default.html . Start the test

4. Quit the browser while the benchmark is running by clicking the 'x' in the titlebar

my bad. I didnt realise that by default angle is enabled. I thought it was disabled and toggling it would enable it, while it actually did the exact opposite.

If I didn't understand it wrong what they said in IRC they think OpenGL support on Windows has gotten quite stable except for a few exceptions. (ANGLE translates OpenGL to DirectX.)
