They all also need to agree to the Commit access agreement: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/governance/policies/commit/requirements/. In the future, it might be easier to create individual bugs for each person - mostly from a query point of view in the event they ever need to be upgraded.

Since we need an agreement from each of them and the fact that they will need level 2 access soon, I'll split this bug out into five deps now.
