As discussed (with :rmfd via vidyo), please remove lacp and pass only test vlan traffic untagged on moonshot node xenserver264.ops.releng.mdc1

This is cartridge c39 node 1 in chassis moonshot-chassis-6.inband.releng.mdc1.mozilla.com.  Attached below are the mac addresses for this node.

I can't locate those addresses in the MAC table.

Could I have you power off the node in slot 39? I'm hoping I can diff the interface status output and see interface go down.
