This occurs on RC1 and I tried this out on a May 3rd build, I think, and it
still occured.
To Reproduce:
Open up the Mail client
Select a message in the Inbox so that it is marked as read.
Right Click on the Inbox, click "Search Messages..."
The correct search window comes up, but the message that was selected previously
is now marked as unread.

I reported something similar in bug 135024.  Bug 135024 works for me now but I
do see this bug.
