moon-chassis-7.inband.releng.mdc1.mozilla.com I'm not sure if the power supply has actually failed or if there is just no power supply there. Chassis 7 is the partially full chassis but the console does show a serial # for the 'failed' PSU, so I assume it exists and has really failed. It also might be that the PSU power cable to the pdu is unplugged. opened REQ0204342 with QTS for remote hands to take a look. if issue is a hardware failure, will open case with HPE.
