Also reproducible on https://www.reddit.com/r/Overwatch/ to an even greater extent. The entire page rapidly flashes red.

Just wanted to say that I was able to reproduce this bug before on my Windows 7 machine and now the red blinking stopped for me.

Sorry for premature report, after some time using webrender the issue reappeared.
