we have some triage handoff to do (much from this document: https://public.etherpad-mozilla.org/p/intermittent_work ):
* get team ownership >120 components
* document cases where new sheriffs are having troubles
* increase docs and FAQ ( https://wiki.mozilla.org/Auto-tools/Projects/Stockwell#Triage )
* hand off disable-recommended bugs
* find bugs that will be disable-recommended and push harder on them (requires a new dashboard/process)
* identify newly created failures that are on trend to be high frequency and attempt to pinpoint the root cause and engage developers faster
* compile stats about intermittents and publish them fort-nightly.

In addition, if there is time we will work on test-verify:
* getting a baseline of which tests do not pass and finding a way to ignore those in the TV job until they are green.
* consider running TV in 'rr' for additional data.

the goal for Q1 is the triage handoff as that will take a few weeks of work and our resources are limited right now as perf/mobile are higher priority.

we should file bugs for many of the above mentioned items.
