User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0 Build ID: 20171206182557 Steps to reproduce: 1.) Open any webpage with an input that uses HTML5 validation. (http://blogs.html5andcss3.org/html5-form-validation-example/ is used in attached GIF) 2.) Leave input in error state 3.) Attempt to submit form, causing error message tooltip to appear 4.) Scroll with mousewheel Actual results: The tooltip stayed stationary on screen, as if it was fixed position. Expected results: The tooltop should scroll with the page.

Hello, I have the same problem with validation tooltips under Linux (CentOS) and Windows. Could you please try and fix this bug. Thank you very much.
Also confirm, very anoying behavior, and appeares on all platforms (Windows/Mac/Linux).
