Details

Per bug 1427117, we need to delete all crash reports collected before 2017-12-24. This bug covers removing the subset of information we stage for import into telemetry. I wouldn't expend more than a trivial effort to retain the last day or two with this data set.

The S3 lifecycle rules have been added and I have verified that a subset of objects have expiration tags set as expected.

We opted to expire all objects in the crash bucket prior to 2017-12-25T00:00:00Z, a safe amount of time after our patches landed preventing collection of bad crashes.

The actual deletion will take longer - 48 hours or more.
