Details

We need to delete ALL crash reports collected prior to Dec 24 2017. This includes the following:

* raw and processed buckets
* elastic search
* postgres
* the still-under-construction dockerized environment (prod+stage)
* current stage environment
* backups of the above
* downstream telemetry crash report data set

Some of these will take longer than others. I've put a MotD warning up while we do this work:

"Unplanned maintenance: some crash reports may be unavailable."

When we close this bug we can take that down.

We've been dropping stage and then prod for each data store as we go.

Memcached has autoexpired by now. We saw no massive overnight failures or significant unexpected errors. All child bugs are resolved.
