Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Nightly
2. Resize window (e.g. 1024x768)
3. Open Netmonitor (Ctrl+Shift+E)
4. Go to any sites
5. Start performance analysis
Actual results:
No scrollbars even if charts-container is overflowing.
Expected results:
Scrollbars should be shown when overflowing.

Laphets, can you please look at bug 1339558, it might be dup or there might be at least some overlaps.
There is also a patch attached already, perhaps you could have a look and test it?

Hi Honza, I see. The patch belong to bug 1339558 has already fixed the scrollbar issue. So this bug may be duplicated to that one.
