I've started running into a situation in which a *tab* loads with all links unclickable. Reloading does not help for me (though I have heard from others it does) and even when you navigate the new page is unclickable. By contrast, other tabs on the same site work. Slack conversations indicate it happening to others too.
I don't have a repro, but perhaps someone could post some information about what they would like gathered for the next time it happens spontaneously?

Is the page otherwise responsive? For example, if you scroll the page down, does it re-paint, or does it show a blank space in the scrolled area eventually? Does the page script still appear to be running? Can you interact with the page via the devtools console?
Can you interact with the page using keyboard shortcuts - example, using Tab to focus through the page?
