Something is very wrong with this moonshot node. It is very slow to initialize during the Early System Initialization process. It is also missing the HPE RESTful API and Intellegent Provisioning check boxes.
Under System Health Summary, it has the following error:
- 338-HPE RESTful API Error - Unable to communicate with iLo FW. BIOS configuration resources may not be up-to-date. Action: Restore Manufacturing Defaults in the RBSU.
I'm not sure if this needs to be RMA'd or there is something we can reset locally (eg firmware update).

blade is functional after HPE tech came and did a reseat/reset.
