We have a few methods on inIDOMUtils (after bug 1427419, on InspectorUtils) for accessing the list of selectors on a CSSStyleRule, and also for testing whether an element matches a given selector. It's probably more straightforward to have these be [ChromeOnly] methods on CSSStyleRule itself.
