We only use these tabs in Composer (and it's Mac-only). I simplified the style rules and also fixed one thing: when you select the first (leftmost) tab, everything jumps to the right. I don't think this is good ui, especially when this only happens when you select the first tab.

I dunno, it looks like this is Windows XP / classic style. Do you want it? I can add it in communicator.css and in profile.css if you want.

Restore css for Composer bottom tabs
Thought about the port. Would probably only affect Windows 7 classic theme. I keep it in mind if/when we split the css files but probably not worth it right now.
