Steps to Reproduce:
1. happened during install
2. occurse whenever the 'about plugin' page is accessed
3.
Actual Results: error message
Expected Results: no error message
once I click ok to dismiss the error, it seems fine.
this does not happen on winNT at my work only at home on XP

uninstall/reinstall should fix that
