In Bug 1420771 I have removed the global footer and merged the saved searches into the header's search bar. This kind of dropdown lists can be seen on Twitter and other modern web apps so it's probably fine, but for people triaging bugs the new UI is a pain.

I don't want to bring the footer back, and the footer is not the right place to have those links anyway, but there should be a plain list of Saved Search links for convenience sake. At least release managers want it (hence P1.)

The Saved Search preference page already has a list, but this page is slow and not so usable due to the complete shared search list:

We have to overhaul the entire search experience on Bugzilla, but I'd like to see a simple Saved Searches dashboard as an interim solution so people can only get their own list like the old footer. It could be added to the existing My Dashboard page:
