My ISP requires that I authenticate via POP 3 before sending a message via their
SMTP server to prevent server abuse by spammers. The authentication is valid for
a few minutes so it is annoying to have to fetch messages first before sending
a message after authentication expired.
I just would like to suggest a new feature that would let me tell a POP 3
account to authenticate a configuratle ammount of minutes before sending any
messages through a given SMTP server. It would be an extra SMTP authentication
mode.
