If user disable autoplay, video should not be autoplay when it came back from bf-cache

Now I has the problem, the page in bf-cache would be dropped unexpectedly sometime, causes intermittent test case fail.

I don't think it's wise to stop playback of videos on pages that go into the bfcache. The page's JS may not expect and correctly handle the video being paused when they come out of the bfcache, and so may break. Closing bug for now. We can re-open later if need be.
