1431017 - FF elements are incorrectly displayed in pop-up view

Device:
 - Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 (Android 7.0);

Steps to reproduce:
 1. Open FF, tap the application menu button;
 2. Long tap on the tile bar of FF and drag it into the pop-up view(window in window);
 3. Open any webpage or a new tab.

Expected result:
 All elements are displayed correctly.

Actual result:
 FF elements are not being displayed correctly (reader view being truncated, bookmark icon is increased in size... )

Notes:
 This can only be reproduced in Nightly as Beta and Release instantly crash when dragged into pop-up view.
