As shown in UX specs, near the bottom we should link to Firefox Options/Preferences (label depending on the OS) for the user to know where to manage their addresses and credit cards in the future. We should probably use the "spotlight" feature to deep link to the specific autofill group in the preferences.

When contact information is required in page summary, "Manage saved address and credit card information in <a>Firefox Preferences</a>." looks pretty close to the footer of the payment dialog on Windows and Ubuntu. Should we consider this a bug?
Yes, please file it, I didn't consider that case and thought we had a decent padding/margin already there.
I logged bug 1494580 for that. I'll mark this bug as Verified as fixed on Firefox Nightly 64.0a1 on Windows 10 x 64, Windows 7 x32, Mac OS X 10.12 and Ubuntu 16.04 x64.
