Steps to reproduce:

1. Install 2 add-ons.
2. Tap (...)


Actual results:

2 add-on's menu(BrowserAction button) are appear below the "Help" and above the "Quit".


Expected results:

Add a new category: "Add-ons >" under the "Tools >". When tapped, show add-on's (BrowserAction.Title)s.

As per Bug 1366681 the idea was to move Add-Ons to a more accessible position and make it more similar to desktop. Adding another addons category under tools would be quite confusing seeing as it's already displayed in the first level menu.

Maybe another menu could be implemented in some other way in order to clean up the clutter?

eg.
No addons installed > tap on addons and it opens about:addons
One or more addons installed > addons converts into a menu displaying the currently installed addons and a manage button at the top/bottom to redirect to about:addons ?
