Autophone needs to move into a reduced testing scheme in order to maximize the useful time it has left before it is decommissioned. To do this we will eliminate all unit testing except on try and reduce the performance testing to
nytimes-remote nexus-4-09, nexus-5-03, nexus-6p-12 on trunk, try
geckoview nytimes e10s, non-e10s on mozilla-central, try
blank-remote nexus-6p-10 on trunk, try
this will make nexus-4-08, nexus-5-06, nexus-5-08, nexus-5-11, nexus-6p-05, nexus-6p-07, nexus-6p-09, qnexus-6p-13 spares.
