In bug 1433895, I disabled a number of tests which resulted in spare devices. I would like to power off these devices and disconnect their usb connectors from their hosts in order to save the devices and their batteries.

Van: Can you handle powering down and disconnecting these devices? We can leave them in place for when we need to replace a failed device. This is not urgent, but something I'd like to do soon.

If you could also check on our existing devices to see if any are ready to be decommissioned that would also be totally awesome.
