143514 - Cannot uninstall program folder and installed contents folder if those folder names are full-width katagana

Build: 1.0 branch 2002-05-09
OS: JA Windows

Setps:
1. Select Custom mode to install.
2. During installation dialogs, change installation folder name and program 
folder name to full-width katagana, then finish the installation.
3. Uninstall from Control Panel.

Note:
In some case, also cannot uninstall program folder and installed contents 
folder if those foldernames contain (or mix with) full-width katagana.

was now working OK? And aren't both of these dupes of bug 67027?

I think this is a code point issue, since it also happens non-NT based Windows.

This also happens with the full-width katagana item names in the folder with 
English name. There are some of Start Menu items translated in JA build.

This is JA log file, which you can see the translated Start Menu items became
to dots in the log file, and un-installer can not remove them.

Verified fixed on 05-06 trunk build on WinXP-JA, Win98-JA with full width
katakana characters.
