- Firefox Nightly 60.0a1
- Firefox Beta 59.0b5 
- Firefox Release 58.0.1 

[Affected platforms]:
- Windows 10 64bit

[Prerequisites]:
- Windows displays High Contrast Black theme.

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Press F12 key in order to open the Web Console.
3. Click the "Toolbox Options" button.
4. Click the "Firebug" radio button from the Themes section.
5. Click each of the tabs from the toolbar and observe their titles.

[Expected result]:
- The titles are visible.

[Actual result]:
- The titles are not visible.

[Notes]:
- This is not a regression since it's reproducible ever since the "Firebug" theme was added to the Web Console's themes.
- Please observe the attached screencast for further information regarding this issue.

Looks more like a global toolbox issue. Moving it to DevTools

Can you please confirm you don't see the issue with the Light theme? The firebug theme was removed in Bug 1378108 so I suspect this can be closed, but I'd like to make sure we track it if it's still an issue.

Tested this with latest Nightly build 61.0a1 (2018-04-25) on Windows 10 x64 and I can confirm that this issue is not reproducible when focusing tabs while "Light" (or "Dark") theme is enabled.
