Build: 05/10 1.0.0 win32 and Mac 9.x build
Chinese auto-detector can't detect a big5 mail, Traditional Chinese and
Universal auto-detector don't have this problem.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a big5 mail which doesn't have charset info for mail body.
2. Select the mail and turn on the Chinese auto-detector by selecting View |
Character Coding | Auto-Detect | Chinese. You can see the mail body is not
displayed correctly.

This should be a dup of 132006. It is pending on approval to get into branch.
