Looks like Fan 4 in chassis 4 has been degraded and is send out alert emails.

checked today and fan still looks good, please reopen if issues persist.

Opps, this was on chassis 2 not chassis 4.  I just checked and the fan is still reporting degraded.

thanks for new information, i've updated our HPE case.

Fan noise was noticed by QTS personnel on a floor-walk.  They called me to let Moz know, and :van was able to correlate my mention with this bug.
INC0447525 was opened by QTS in their ServiceNow.

it appears the actual bad fan was fan 4 of chassis 2. confirmed with LEDs and logs. let me know if issues persist.

replaced fan but these moonshots are super noisy anyway. i believe it got louder because we brought a bunch of the blades online.
