I close firefox closing last tab. When I open firefox last tab is still there.

Steps to reproduce:
I close firefox closing the last tab.
Then I open firefox.
Actual results:
Last tab I closed manually is opened.
Expected results:
Default empty tab should be opened.

Presumably you have "Show my windows and tabs from last time" set.
