Once I chose an address with the enter key, I can't come back to it using the up
arrow.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open mail composer
2.Enter some e-mail address for "to:", and accept it with <enter>
3.Try to go back to that address using the "up" arrow

Actual Results:  The cursor is still in the second line.

Expected Results:  The cursor should be in the first line, i.e., be up one line.

I don't know if this bug is a dup of 106537.
