Using Windows 10 x86, Nightly 60.0a1 (2018-02-15).
STR:
1. Open https://pontoon.mozilla.org/he/firefox/all-resources/ for example
2. Scroll the strings list
AR:
Flashes when scrolling.
ER:
No flashes.

This is a regression, according to Mozregression this is probably caused by part 2 of bug 1436189:

I'm pretty sure this issue can be visible on other websites as well, Pontoon is just an example.

The patch of Bug 1437374 will fix this.
