Details

Preferences allow you to globally turn on or off animation of images. However
sometimes you want to animate a particular image when animation is turned off and
vice versa.

I envision an entry in the context menu of images:
  Start(Stop) Animation
where "Start" is shown when the image is stopped and vice versa. When it is not
and animated image then display a greyed out "Start Animation"
