Talos has detected a Firefox performance regression from push:

As author of one of the patches included in that push, we need your help to address this regression.

 15%  damp windows7-32 opt e10s stylo     58.95 -> 68.04
 10%  damp windows10-64 opt e10s stylo    53.41 -> 58.60
  9%  damp windows7-32 pgo e10s stylo     53.55 -> 58.42

This only enabled a test, that was permanently failing. Filed this for historical reasons; marking it as WONTFIX.
