In bug 1193394, I've added extra workaround to descriptionHeightWorkaround in PanelMultiView.jsm, before calling promiseDocumentFlushed, to fix failure because of collision. https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/mozilla-inbound/rev/29e1fceaf48d9a09662a18789d034f3093c4b5e8 we should apply proper fix and remove the workaround.

looks like that workaround didn't work. I'll backout and disable tests.
the patch is backed out. I'll file another bug for enabling those tests.
