In particular, I think the following files can go:

mozilla/directory:

ldapsdk.mak
ldapsdk.mk

mozilla/directory/c-sdk/ldap/libraries/msdos/winsock:

nsldap.mak
maybe other files too?

mozilla/directory/c-sdk/ldap/examples/macintosh:

at least the 68k files
maybe the entire directory?

I would remove everything under mozilla/directory/c-sdk/ldap/examples/macintosh
(no one maintains those project files and they are very old).

Also a bunch of Makefiles:

mozilla/directory/c-sdk/ldap/clients/tools/Makefile
mozilla/directory/c-sdk/ldap/libraries/libiutil/Makefile
mozilla/directory/c-sdk/ldap/libraries/libldif/Makefile
mozilla/directory/c-sdk/ldap/libraries/libssldap/Makefile
mozilla/directory/c-sdk/ldap/libraries/libutil/Makefile

Outdated MacOS files under mozilla/directory/c-sdk/ldap/libraries/macintosh:

getopt.c
kerberos-macos.c
macos-ip.c
README
strings.c
tcp-univhdrs/*

I am sure more can be removed under
mozilla/directory/c-sdk/ldap/libraries/msdos/winsock, e.g., 16-bit Windows def
files and related files:

mozock.c    // there is another copy in ../../libldap/mozock.c
libldap.def // also need to remove from ../../genMakefile.client
libldap.tdf // also need to remove from ../../genMakefile.client
nslch32.tdf // for lcache... dead code that was cvs removed long ago
nsldap.def  // also need to remove from ../../genMakefile.client
nsldap.tdf  // also need to remove from ../../genMakefile.client
