129472 - [e-mail] should not have a Bugzilla account

Description

[Matthew T (active 1999-2002)]

[e-mail] has never fixed, or even commented on, a bug in Bugzilla,
yet he/she is (at the time of writing) assigned five bugs.

The only purpose of the [e-mail] Bugzilla account appears to be to
cause confusion with [e-mail], making unassigned bugs harder to search
for. I suggest that the account be deleted.

Geez, this bug has been around a while, and it's assigned to people that can't
really do anything about it...   :)  This is actually an administrative issue
(as far as the "yes/no" on whether it can be done - which we need first)...
reassigning.

Lisa:  anyone at Netscape actually use this for some purpose or is it here on
accident?

I don't believe anyone uses this at Netscape.

I did notice in bug 53702, the comments from Ian:
"Triagine clayton's list. Since this was not accepted by [e-mail],
sending to [e-mail]. Since this is in the Netscape pile, triaging
per PDT priority guidelines."

This is an old comment, but not sure if anyone else is presently using
[e-mail].  I did a description search on all the open projects with
[e-mail] and found only five or so bugs.

The LDAP directory and Calendar Products are out of my scope.  However, I still
think it's fine to move [e-mail] to [e-mail] since all of
these are open source projects that anyone can volunteer to own.  If Netscape
wants to volunteer for an area, we can assign an actual name to it.

Ok, since hixie/lchiang didn't see anything wrong with killing [e-mail],
I cleared the QA accounts in comment 4 and changed the assignee to @mozilla.org

All bugs with [e-mail] as the QA have had the QA cleared.  All bugs
assigned to [e-mail] have been reassigned to [e-mail].

[e-mail] has been renamed to [e-mail]
