It should be > Name[cs]=Otevřít nové anonymní okno Can we make this file localizable somehow, or at least more visible to localizers? Actually I was not aware the file exists in the first place, unless user reported the missing translation yesterday.

Doing Bugzilla archeology: file was introduced in bug 1390071, which has a reference to bug 1390152. I think this is a duplicate of the latter, because fixing errors one locale at a time doesn't scale. Italian is off too, for order and capitalization.
