Details

Steps to reproduce:

* Use a profile with saved form autofill values.
* Visit http://www.calliopeproductions.org/ and start to purchase a ticket.
* When you get to the page requesting a ticket fill in the form.

Expected:
* All fields are filled in.

Actual:
* Everything is filled except the Street textarea (id="STREET").

Confirmed this issue on Firefox nightly 68.0a1.

I added a canadian address on Privacy and security.
Then i went to amazon.ca and tried to buy a product, everything was filled but the address line did not.

Hi, this also happens on https://www.sears.com/ with windows 10, Nightly 71.0a1 (2019-09-25).
