Actual results:

After a recent Firefox Nightly update, folders will not stay open when you try to drag bookmarks into them.  I have only tested on Linux but I am having the same issue in both Solus and Xubuntu

This is a NEW problem on Firefox Nightly.  I can't say exactly when it started because I don't rearrange bookmarks often, but it started happening within the last couple weeks.

Currently using build 60.0a1 (2018-03-04) (64-bit) on both machines




Expected results:

Normally, the folder will stay open and allow you to drop the bookmark where you want it in the list, but now the folder just instantly closes when you try to hover over it.
