Hi Emma,
I updated the user story and from my view it's ready.

The component needs a triage owner.
Also, I'm not sure what you mean by your answer to the security group question.
Do you want maliu@mozilla.com added to the existing security group for mobile apps, or you want a separate security group for Rocket with mailu@mozilla.com as the group owner.
Thanks.

Following :dvedtiz's work in bug 1443655, I've made the product part of the core-firefox-security group. New bugs filed by people not in this group will be associated with the security group.

Thank you Emma for prompt following up.
The requirement from us is to have "maliu@mozilla.com" notified whenever there's bug reported under such Product 'Emerging Market'.
We would also need the existing security group to be able to look at those.
So "adding maliu@mozilla.com to the existing security group for mobile apps" seems to be an simpler approach.

I see the product and component from 'Search Bugs'. Will there be a bug entry somewhere under "https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi"?

Or make maliu a default CC (or QA contact?) for each component in the product. Eventually the triage owner will get automatic access to security bugs (bug 1417229) but I don't think we want to wait for that to get fixed.

Yes that works. Please add maliu to QA contact.

Done! Product is active and shows up when I type "emerging" or "rocket" into https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi.

Somehow I couldn't find the entry with my account logged in.

It says "Sorry, either the product Emerging Markets does not exist or you aren't authorized to enter a bug into it."

Thanks, that message was what I needed to figure out what was going on. I had the product set up so that you had to be in the core security group to create bugs. I've removed that restriction and was able to get to the bug entry form with an unprivileged user.
