We need such a general component "General" under the Product "Emerging Market", so that we can file corresponding bugs.

Is this still the case?
Should the description of the "Emerging Market" be modified?

Good catch. Let's modify it as below:
Emerging Market Group product family has the public repository at https://github.com/mozilla-tw. We recommend you to post issues there on Github. Post here only for security bugs, and those you don't know which project it belongs to.
